Data Parsing in the Netherlands

The Netherlands is rich in public data: KvK (Kamer van Koophandel) provides an API for company data, data.overheid.nl offers open government data, Funda.nl is the largest Dutch property portal, and Marktplaats.nl is the leading classified ads site. AVG under the supervision of an active AP is the strict framework for data work.
We collect and structure data from Dutch platforms: KvK Handelsregister API for corporate analytics, Funda and Huislijn for property market analysis, price monitoring via Vergelijk.nl and bol.com. All strictly in accordance with AVG, AP guidance and platform terms of service.
Kamer van Koophandel provides an API for accessing data on Dutch companies. Unique KvK-nummer, address, directors, SBI codes (industry). The official legal source.
Parsing Dutch texts requires special handling: "woningaanbod" is one token, but semantically "woning" + "aanbod". NLP for Dutch content is a specialised task.
AP is one of the most active GDPR regulators. Any data that can identify natural persons requires a legal basis. Corporate data is generally safe.
Open Dutch government data: CBS statistieken (statistics), BAG (address database), kadasterdata. Legal open sources.
RIVM data monitoring, BIG-register of doctors, competitor analysis in the private health sector.
Funda.nl and Huislijn.nl for market analysis, Kadaster property data, price trends.
KvK company data, AFM register of financial products, Belastingdienst open data.
Price monitoring via Vergelijk.nl, Kieskeurig.nl, bol.com. Competitive analysis.
Vacancy monitoring from Indeed.nl, Werkzoeken.nl, LinkedIn for labour market analysis.
