Yes. AP is one of the most active DPAs in the EU on AI matters. It fined TikTok for processing children's data via an algorithm. For AI systems processing personal data, AVG requirements are strictly applied.

What does the EU AI Act require from a Dutch company?

It depends on your system's risk class. Prohibited AI — not allowed. High-risk — DPIA, registration, documentation, human oversight. Limited risk — transparency obligations. Minimal risk — no special requirements. We assess your case.

Is Dutch NLP worse than English NLP?

Modern models (GPT-4, Claude) work with Nederlands significantly better than a few years ago. For specialised tasks (legal or medical Dutch) — fine-tuning or RAG on a Dutch corpus.
